We have a draftsman that will meet with our customers to help customize each plan to the customers taste.

Planning

Our excavators meet on the customers site to evaluate and discuss how the home should be positioned etc. to maximize look and minimize cost.

Personal One-on-One

Cristian Foust (the owner) personally meets with you and goes through the entire planning, pricing, and building experience.

The Price Will Not Go Up

When you are given an upfront price from Landmark Signature Homes, it will not go up unless you make changes. The biggest problem with new home construction is that builders quote a price, but the customer ends up paying $25,000 or more in "extras".. Not with Landmark! You can feel very comfortable knowing that the price will not change unless you request a change beyond the scope of the job.

Custom Design

Another nice thing about Landmark Signature Homes is the allowances for the customer to pick and choose exactly what they want for Kitchen/Vanity cabinets, counter tops, flooring, light fixtures, interior doors/knobs, paint, faucets, all plumbing fixtures and more. This gives you a true "custom" home, unlike the competition that only has a showroom of "select" items to choose from.

A Great Team

All of the Landmark Signature Homes subcontractors specialize in a particular area of expertise. They all have at least 20 years experience in their particular field. We believe each job is unique and requires a customized team of subcontractors per job.
